Started by Dr. Lew Mullen in 1975, Mullen Chiropractic has been serving the Greater Wenatchee Valley for 48 years.
In 2023, Drs. Ross and Ali started Mullen Family Chiropractic with the intention to continue serving the valley as a wellness resource. They are excited to expand and grow their passion of keeping the community happy, healthy and moving well.
The Mullens are proud to offer quality chiropractic care to their community - it takes a village, welcome to ours!

Mullen Family Chiropractic offers a holistic approach to health, helping our patients integrate nervous system regulation.
The nervous system works as a master control center for all functions of the body. It serves as a filter for traumas, toxins, and thoughts that one may take in throughout the day.
Without proper care, this filter shifts into a survival setting. This can impact your perception, pain tolerance, and our ability to adapt.
